The Center is available for rent and the fee is dependent upon several factors:
- The type of event (performance, film, recording, meeting, reception, etc.)
- Space needed (the auditorium, the gallery, dressing rooms, etc.)
- Assistance needed (stage crew, lighting director, etc.)
Stage Your Own Event
Plan your next event in the theatrical backdrop of the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center! Any event can be transported to the Center stage and/or our multiple other spaces; such as birthdays, receptions, weddings, graduations, and bar/ bat mitzvahs and any special occasion. Host a pre or post show reception in one of our unique spaces or our landscaped, outdoor courtyard through our special ticket packages.
Our 425-seat auditorium is also available for corporate meetings. The theater is equipped with state-of-the-art digital projection, screens, and sound system. And, we now boast several breakout rooms for conferences. The unique atmosphere of an historic theater will add a dramatic flair to any business function. Contact us for more info!
Policies
The Center's rental fee is dependent upon several factors and your individual needs:
- The type of event (performance, film, recording, meeting, reception, etc.)
- Space needed (the auditorium, the gallery, dressing rooms, etc.)
- Schedule (availability of specific dates)
- Assistance needed (stage crew, lighting director, etc.)
- Only in-house crew operates all technical equipment
- No food or beverages allowed in auditorium, tech booths, and on stage
- In-house piano tuned by authorized tuners only
