Box Office & Ticket Information
Tickets may be purchased at the Theatre, 76 Main Street, Weshampton Beach, NY 11978. They may also be purchased online or by calling the Box Office at (631) 288-1500. A surcharge of $5 is added to the cost for each phone transaction and additional fees apply for online purchases.

- All Artists, programs and dates subject to change
- There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets
- Our theatre is handicapped accessible and provides assisted listening devices for those hard of hearing.
- All patrons must have a ticket regardless of age
- No one under the age of 6 will be admitted to our Main Stage Performances. Regardless of age everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket.

Tickets to all
performances at WHBPAC are available exclusively from the theater's own
Box Office and Web Site, which operates in conjunction with our online
ticket vender, Ovationtix/Theatermania.
When you buy from a broker:
- We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
- Your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- You may be paying much more than the ticket's face value.
- We cannot contact you with information regarding time change, show cancellations or other information.
For all sold out performances, a waiting list is maintained by the Box Office in case of cancellations. Please call if you would like your name added. You will be contacted if seats become available and you are under no obligation to purchase the tickets.

You get the very best seats available! Due to heavy demand for tickets and various technical requirements, certain seats are not always available. We are committed to providing you with the very best seats available at the time of your purchase.
Preferred seating is granted to all donors. Donors have the opportunity to purchase tickets for shows before they go on sale to the public. To learn about other perks for donors, click here. If you are interested in joining our Donor Circles, please contact Carol Garone at 288-2350 ext.121.
Our theater is handicapped accessible. Wheelchair seating is available for all performances on a limited basis. Seats must be purchased in advance and are only available for purchase in person at the Box Office or by calling the Box Office at 631.288.1500.
Wheelchair accessible seating cannot be purchased on our website.
Group Sales
For purchases of 20 or more tickets, a group will receive a 10% discount. With extremely large ticket purchases, a further discount may be negotiated. Please note: group discounts are not available for our School Day Performances.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for purchase in any denomination through the Box Office. You can also purchase online at the set amounts below. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase and can only be redeemed for WHBPAC presented events.

Film Society
Our program, the "Finest in World Cinema," brings current release art house, independent and foreign films to our region. With our state-of-the-art film and sound technology, the Center offers the premier film venue on the East End of Long Island. As attendance at our films has grown, the Center has decided to treat our core of cinema lovers to discounts through membership.
Each individual membership is $60 and includes:
- 20 discounted admissions per calendar year (discounted admission: $3 each)
- Free admittance on your Birthday (must show valid ID)
- An invitation to 2 annual pre-film receptions exclusive to Film Society Members
- 2 free film tickets for each new member you refer (this offer is only valid on new members, not a renewal. The new member must give your name at the time of purchase).

Policies & Terms
Refunds/Exchanges
All tickets are non-refundable and are not exchangeable, except for canceled events that are not rescheduled. Please check your tickets carefully when you receive them. On sold out shows only, tickets may be donated to the Box Office, prior to the event, as a tax-deductible contribution. To donate your tickets, please stop by the Box Office or call (631) 288-1500.
- Doors open for seating 30 minutes before the performance.
- No food or drink is allowed in the auditorium other than bottled water.
- Please turn off beepers and cell phones when entering the auditorium.
- The use of recording or photographic equipment is strictly prohibited.
- Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
- No one under the age of 6 will be admitted to our Main Stage performances.
- Regardless of age everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket.
- We reserve the right to deny admittance to any patron appearing under the influence.
Your Privacy
The Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center respects the privacy and confidentiality of our customers and donors. The Theatre does not rent, sell, trade or exchange its mailing lists or databases. When purchasing tickets, your name, address and phone number are required so that you can be contacted about your order, or if an event is cancelled or postponed. Your name and address are added to the theatre's mailing list to ensure that you are notified of future performances and events, and other pertinent information about the theatre.
